The coolest character of all time is Snoopy. This Beagle has many
personalities from a World War I Flying Ace to Joe Cool. He never speaks,
dogs of course don't do that, but that's about one of the only human
characteristics he's without.

I've loved Peanuts for as long as I can remember. Charles Schulz is
a master at comic strips, that is irrefutable. I look up to him and
I'm astonished how he's been able to make a strip everyday for
approximately 50 years. His layouts are modest, usually not many props
in the scenes, but the expression is exceptional. He's the Grandfather
of newspaper comic strips. There isn't a cartoonist out there who hasn't
been influenced by him.

To fully appreciate Peanuts you have to be aware of the character's
individual traits. Linus always drags along his blanket, Schroeder loves
Beethoven, Charlie Brown never wins at baseball (or anything). But there
are so much more aspects of these characters I haven't even mentioned.
There is also a great deal more characters like Lucy, Marcie, Peppermint
Pattie, Rerun, Pigpen, Sally, Franklin, Snoopy and Woodstock.
